Çağatay Ulusoy stuns with new look while on vacation in Bodrum

Turkish actor Çağatay Ulusoy, known for his roles in the series "Medcezir," "İçerde," and "Hakan: The Protector," has become the focus of Turkish media attention over his appearance while on vacation.

In early August 2026, a fan who ran into the actor in Türkbükü — a popular resort area of Bodrum — asked for a photo with him. The picture quickly spread across social media and sparked lively discussion: users noted that Ulusoy looked noticeably different from his usual athletic image.

The actor, long associated with a fit physique, appeared in the photo with visible weight gain and a beard. Fan reactions were divided: some saw it as a natural change following the end of a project, while others expressed nostalgia for his previous look.

Shortly before this, Ulusoy had also been spotted on a yacht near Bodrum with his girlfriend, actress Aslıhan Malbora, where the couple were enjoying time off in the company of friends.

The change in appearance is linked to the fact that the actor recently wrapped filming on the series "Eşref Rüya," for which he deliberately gained around 7.5 kilograms to make his character more convincing — with broader shoulders and a bulkier build. This is not the first time Ulusoy has altered his body for a role: he has previously grown a beard and changed his weight for other characters as well.
