Zeyno Eracar

Zeyno Eracar was born on December 5, 1970, in Istanbul, Turkey. She graduated from the Theatre Department of the State Conservatory at Mimar Sinan University. She began her acting career on the theatre stage and later gained recognition through roles in television series and films. Her television debut came in 1994 with the series "Kaygısızlar" (as Zeynep). She gained widespread popularity for her role as Esin in the cult series "Çiçek Taksi" (1995-2000). Other notable works include roles in "İki Aile" (2006), "Öyle Bir Geçer Zaman ki" (2010-2013, as Neriman), "Kara Sevda" (2015-2017, as Fehime), "Nefes Nefese" (2018, as Afet Alacan), "Benim Adım Melek" (2019-2021, as Zümrüt Şirhan), "Yargı" (2021-2024, as Gül Erguvan), "Leyla: Hayat… Aşk… Adalet..." (2024-2025, as Güzide), and "Mercan Köşk" (2026, as Behiye). She also appeared in films such as "Hürkuş: Göklerdeki Kahraman" (2018), "Nasipse Olur" (2020), "Sardunya" (2020), "Büyük Kuşatma" (2024), and others. In addition to acting, Zeyno Eracar is an experienced voice actress — her voice can be heard in many foreign films, including "Rimolar ve Zimolar: Kasabada Barış" (2014). In 2010, she was nominated for the Afife Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the play "Gül'e Ağıt". Zeyno Eracar is known for her deep emotionality and ability to transform into diverse characters. She actively works in theatre, film, and television, and also does voice acting. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Zeyno Eracar is married to actor Engin Eracar. The couple has a son.
